I am still enjoying painting the riders of Le Tour de France. This one is based on the last stage, where the winner of yellow rides the laps of Paris, usually unchallenged. For us down under, it has been a fantastic year: as our favourite son Cadel has finally won, after coming second twice.

I loved your Tour paintings. Used to watch it all the time.
I loved hearing that Cadel had won the TdeF. He's been close a few times. I miss not having cable television around June each year, but then again, my painting doesn't miss the television at all.
